We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B Service Captain to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily food and beverage service operations to ensure high-quality customer service.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to prepare and serve food and beverages efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with customers and staff.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail is necessary to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is preferred.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods is essential.
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry can apply.
