Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B Service Captain to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily operations of the food and beverage service team.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service.
Supervise and train new hires to ensure they meet performance standards.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage services, including menu planning and pricing.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
