Set in a cozy, two-storey space inspired by traditional cardamom curing houses, the dining area features warm hardwood interiors, a fireplace, and charming outdoor extensions to a balcony overlooking the tea gardens or shady garden spots beneath the trees. Upstairs, a quiet reading corner with loungers and a piano adds to the homely charm. Our kitchen doesn’t serve buffet spreads or printed menus. Instead, we offer wholesome, slow-cooked meals prepared exclusively for in-house guests using fresh, seasonal ingredients from nearby farms and markets. Every dish reflects the warmth of local tradition and personalized care. We’re happy to accommodate dietary needs with advance notice. A typical day at the table includes: Breakfast: South Indian specialties alongside toast, eggs to order, sausage, bacon, fresh juice, and fruit Lunch: Indian bread, rice, one non-veg, two veg dishes, and dessert Afternoon Tea (4–6 PM): Tea or coffee with a traditional Kerala snack served in the garden gazebo Dinner: Veg soup, salad, Indian bread, rice, two non-veg, two veg dishes, and dessert Job Role: You participate in the setting up of Menu, and dishes that are assigned to you by the seniors in the Kitchen.
