Job Description

We are looking for a skilled F&B Service Associate to join our team at The Leela Palace in Udaipur. Candidates should have 5-8 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage food and beverage service operations to ensure high-quality customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to prepare and cook food according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in food and beverage service operations, preferably in a similar establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or culinary arts preferred.
