F&B Service Associate

We are seeking a male candidate for the role of F&B Service Associate, who is service‑oriented, and capable of delivering high standards of guest service. If you are a fresher, you must have a background in hotel management studies.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a polite and professional manner; escort to tables.
• Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure tables are properly set according to company standards.
• Be familiar with menu items, specials, garnishes, ingredients; able to answer guest queries.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas; set up and clear down as required.
• Maintain inventory levels for service supplies; request restocking when needed.
• Assist in opening & closing duties for the outlet, including preparation and shutdown tasks.
• Work in coordination with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.
• Handle guest complaints / feedback with professionalism; escalate issues when necessary.
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures.
• Be prepared to relocate when required; adapt to different outlets / locations as needed.

Requirements

• Gender: Male candidate only.
• Education: At minimum, high school pass; if fresher, must be from a hotel management background.
• Experience:
• Preferably some prior experience in F&B service outlets;
• Freshers accepted only if hotel management educational background verified.

Skills:

• Good communication skills; ability to interact with guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Able to work under pressure, during peak hours, and in shifting / rotational shifts.
• Flexible and willing to relocate as required.
• Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards in F&B.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
