Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic F&B Service Associate to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage food and beverage orders, inventory, and supplies efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience.
Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance teamwork.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
