Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B Service Associate to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction.
Manage food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience.
Handle cash and credit transactions with precision and professionalism.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation methods and ingredients.
Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
