Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 5 to 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in hotels and restaurants, to join our team as an F&B Production Bakery DCDP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production, bakery, and DCDP.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and oversee food production, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared efficiently.
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff activities to maintain smooth operations.
  • Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on food products to ensure they meet standards.

Job Requirements
