Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA in HR or equivalent experience preferred). 13 years of experience in Recruitment and/or HR Operations. Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with HRMS, ATS tools, and job portals. Basic knowledge of HR bookkeeping and maintaining confidential records. Ability to draft and implement internal HR policies and process documents .
