Job Description

We are looking for a skilled F&B Manager to join our team at MM Continental Hotels, with 6-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service.
Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
Supervise staff to maintain excellent customer service standards.
Coordinate with other departments for seamless event planning and execution.
Monitor health and safety regulations to ensure compliance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing food and beverage operations in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
