Job Description

We are looking for a skilled F&B Manager to join our team, with 5-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing food and beverage operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily food and beverage service operations to ensure high-quality standards.
Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
Supervise staff to maintain excellent customer service and hygiene practices.
Coordinate with other departments for seamless service delivery.
Monitor quality control measures to prevent cross-contamination and foodborne illnesses.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing food and beverage operations in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage staff effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong analytical skills to analyze sales trends and customer feedback.
