This role ensures the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction while managing costs, staff performance, and operational efficiency across restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, bars, banquets, and in-room dining. Ensure excellent levels of customer satisfaction through consistent service quality. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for F&B service and production. Plan and manage F&B budgets, monitor costs, and control inventory. Coordinate with the Executive Chef and kitchen team for menu planning, food quality, and timely service.
