Job Description

  • Operations and service: Supervise daily food and beverage operations, from kitchen to service, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards. They also handle special events and banquets.
  • Staff management: Recruit, train, and lead staff, creating schedules, assigning duties, and providing feedback to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Menu development: Work with chefs to create menus and ensure the staff is knowledgeable about them.
  • Financial management: Create and manage budgets, control costs (such as inventory and labor), and track expenses and revenues to maximize profitability.
  • Inventory and procurement: Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Customer satisfaction: Address customer complaints and special requests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Health and safety: Enforce strict health, safety, and sanitation standards, including staff training and regular inspections.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
