Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B Coordinator to join our team at Al Habtoor. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate food and beverage services to ensure high-quality standards.
Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an F&B Coordinator or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and customers.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards.
