Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Manage inventory levels and track stock movements.
  • Develop and implement menus, pricing strategies, and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute events and meetings.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to improve services.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as an F&B Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
