Job Description

We are looking for a skilled F&B Controller to join our team at Ramada by Wyndham, with 3-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of culinary excellence and presentation.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform menu planning and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Lead and motivate a team of food and beverage staff to achieve exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in food and beverage control, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
