Job Description

We are looking for a skilled F&B Controller to join our team at JW Marriott, with 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain high standards of culinary excellence.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform menu planning and promotions.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Lead and motivate a team of food and beverage professionals to achieve exceptional results.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage control within a reputable establishment.
Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
