Job Description

We are looking for a skilled F&B Controller to join our team at JW Marriott, with 3-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service.
Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
Develop and implement effective menu planning strategies to boost sales.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to improve menu offerings.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an F&B Controller or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in inventory management software and point-of-sale systems.
Familiarity with menu engineering principles and practices.
