Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic F&B Associate to join our team at STORI by ITC Hotels. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage food and beverage service operations to ensure high-quality customer service.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Participate in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
Basic knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures.
Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in work.
