We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance and will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Transactions Management:
  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and timely.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all financial transactions.
  • Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Compliance and Audit:
  • GST & TDS month returns filing.
  • GST Annual Audit (GSTR 9 & 9C) preparation.
  • GST Refund preparation knowledge
  • Cost Analysis (Variance, Budget)
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Taxation and Regulatory Filings:
  • Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory filings in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations affecting the real estate industry.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Liaise with internal departments, external auditors, and regulatory authorities as needed.
  • Provide financial information and support to management for decision-making.
  • System and Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in accounting and financial reporting.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accounting software and systems.
