About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven FP&A Executive to join our Planning & Business Finance team. In this role, you will support key financial planning activities, assist in budgeting and forecasting cycles, and help deliver insights that enable effective business decision-making. If you enjoy financial analysis, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly planning cycles
• Conduct variance analysis against budgets/forecasts and highlight key insights
• Prepare accurate and timely management reports, MIS, and dashboards
• Work closely with business teams to gather data and assist in financial decision-making
• Support automation and reporting enhancements using Excel and Power BI
• Assist in financial modelling, scenario planning, and performance analysis

Required Skills & Attributes

• Strong understanding of FP&A processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills; working knowledge of Power BI preferred
• Good communication skills with a collaborative working approach
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or financial analysis roles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
