Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Financial & Accounting Executive with a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification to lead and manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and internal controls. You will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making by providing accurate financial insights and ensuring adherence to statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage budgeting processes and monitor financial performance against targets
Ensure compliance with tax laws, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
Coordinate internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations
Maintain accurate records and documentation for financial transactions
Support senior management with financial planning and strategic initiatives
Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities
Implement and improve financial systems and processes
