To lead and expand the international business operations of Inductus Global by developing new export markets, managing overseas clients and suppliers, and ensuring smooth execution of export sales, shipments, and compliance.
· Identify and develop new international markets and business opportunities for export.
· Generate sales leads through online platforms, trade shows, and global networking.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas buyers, agents, and distributors.
· Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms aligned with company policies.
· Achieve assigned export sales and profitability targets.
· Source reliable domestic and international vendors/suppliers for export products.
· Evaluate vendor capabilities, pricing, and quality standards.
· Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams for order fulfillment.
· Oversee end-to-end export process — from inquiry to delivery.
· Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, logistics, and documentation) to ensure timely shipments.
· Monitor order status, production schedules, and shipment timelines.
· Ensure all export documentation (invoices, packing lists, LC, Bill of Lading, COO, etc.) is accurate and compliant.
· Ensure compliance with export-import regulations, incoterms, customs requirements, and trade laws.
· Liaise with CHA, freight forwarders, and DGFT for licenses and certifications.
· Maintain accurate export documentation and records for audits and reporting.
· Guide and monitor the performance of export executives and support staff.
· Prepare periodic reports on export sales, market trends, and competitor activities.
· Present growth plans and strategic inputs to management.
· Strong understanding of international trade, export procedures, and documentation.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Knowledge of trade finance (LCs, TT payments, etc.) and incoterms.
· Analytical and market research abilities.
· Relationship-building and cross-cultural communication skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and export portals.
· Graduate/Postgraduate in International Business, Commerce, or MBA (preferred).
· 4–8 years of experience in Export Sales, preferably in diversified product categories (Agri, Industrial, FMCG, or Handicrafts).
· Proven track record in developing and managing export clients.
