Job Description

As an Export Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding international sales efforts. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing export sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in assigned international markets. - Identifying and establishing relationships with international distributors, agents, and key customers. - Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs in global markets. - Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients while ensuring profitability and compliance. - Coordinating with production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. - Attending international trade shows, exhibitions, and business networking events to promote the company's products and services. - Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. - Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, customs, and export laws. - Providing regular reports and forecasts to senior management. Qualifications required for this role are: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in international/export sales, preferably in [industry e.g., FMCG, manufacturing, chemicals, etc.]. - Proven track record of developing and managing export markets. - Strong understanding of international trade regulations and logistics. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and travel internationally as required. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. Preferred Attributes include being culturally aware, adaptable to working with diverse international clients, results-driven with strong business acumen, and possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including leave encashment and a fixed shift schedule. The work location is in person.,
