Role : Business Analyst Company : Inductus Role : Business Analyst Experience : 2-3 Year Location : Noida Inductus Is Looking For Motivated And Detail-oriented Business Analyst With Proficiency In One Or More Of The Following Foreign Languages Japanese Russian Korean German Arabic Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in at least one of the listed foreign languages Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Basic understanding of business processes and project documentation Clear, clean, accessible writing skills with an eye for consistently, detail, and technical accuracy. Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text. Ability to manage multiple writing assignments simultaneously. Experience with workflow and internal documentation tools such as JIRA/Confluence Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development Familiarity with digital property marketplace Experience with Analytics, AI and generative AI is desired Lead a team of Architects and Sr Technical members to achieve above. Preferred Technical Skills MS Excel (Intermediate to Advanced) PowerPoint & MS Word Data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau basic level) Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus Understanding of tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management platforms is a bonus Why Join Us?
