Export Manager (Egg Division)

Responsibilities

Responsible for driving the international sales strategy and managing the end-to-end supply chain for egg exports. You must possess deep technical knowledge of Egg Grading standards to ensure all products meet the stringent quality requirements of international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality & Grading Oversight: Oversee the egg grading process, ensuring compliance with weight, shell integrity, and internal quality standards.
• Data Management & Reporting:- Input and manage data within our ERP software (Comprehensive training will be provided). Compile and submit Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports regarding stock consumption and farm performance. Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for management meetings.
• Farm Oversight:- Conduct regular Farm Visits to verify stock usage and monitor conditions. Submit detailed Weekly Farm Visit reports highlighting observations or discrepancies.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all exports comply with government authority standards, and the specific veterinary and related certificate requirements.
• Logistics & Documentation: Manage the end-to-end documentation process, including Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and Phytosanitary certificates. Coordinate with logistics providers.

Qualification:- Bachelor’s or Master’s in International Business, Agriculture, or Poultry Science.

Location: Working Location Kompally, Hyderabad & Remote when required

Experience:- 2–5 years in perishable exports (Food/Poultry preferred).

Technical Knowledge:- Deep understanding of Egg Grading Machines, Haugh units, and shell thickness testing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel for data and PowerPoint for presentations). Comfortable learning and using ERP software.

Soft Skills:- Strong negotiation, cross-cultural communication, and crisis management skills.

Logistics:- Familiarity with reefer container operations and shipping line negotiations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
