Job Description

  • Strategy & Market Development:

    Identify new international markets, develop entry plans, and adapt products/services to cultural contexts.

  • Sales & Client Management:

    Negotiate contracts, build relationships with overseas clients/distributors, and meet revenue targets.

  • Logistics & Operations:

    Oversee shipments, coordinate with freight forwarders/carriers, and ensure timely delivery.

  • Compliance & Documentation:

    Manage customs clearance, ensure adherence to international trade laws (like GSP, NAFTA), and prepare all necessary export documents.

  • Stakeholder Coordination:

    Liaise with customs brokers, suppliers, internal teams, and government agencies.

  • Performance Monitoring:

    Analyze market trends, track shipping costs, and manage key performance metrics.
