Foot On Shoes is looking for HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources department
As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating various HR functions and ensuring smooth operations within the organization Your responsibilities will encompass recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, records management, and assisting in HR projects Your ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and maintain confidentiality will contribute to the success of our HR initiatives Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Coordination:Assist in coordinating the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates Maintain applicant tracking systems and databases with accurate candidate information Employee Onboarding:Coordinate new employee onboarding processes, including preparing orientation materials, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring completion of necessary paperwork Records Management:Maintain accurate employee records, both physical and electronic, including personnel files, benefits documentation, and training records HR Administration:Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as preparing employment contracts, processing paperwork for promotions and transfers, and handling employee queries Employee Relations:Respond to basic employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies, benefits, and procedures HR Projects:Participate in HR projects, such as performance appraisal processes, employee engagement initiatives, and HR policy updates Compliance and Reporting:Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies Prepare HR-related reports and metrics as needed Training and Development:Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and professional development activities for employees Health and Safety:Support workplace health and safety initiatives and assist in maintaining related documentation Disclaimer: This job description has been sourced from a public domain and may have been modified by Naukri.com to improve clarity for our users.
