Qualification : BE/ Diploma in Mechanical from a recognized university & MBA-Mkt or international Mkt from recognized university - Should have 10-15 years of experience in machine tool industry and into similar domain. Age should not be more than 40 - Should have experience in international marketing & machine tool selling. The person will be responsible for export of EDM & wire edm machines. Should have experience in establishing network and developing country wise market.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory to achieve revenue targets. Visit prospective and existing clients regularly to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions. Conduct technical product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer requirements. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Ensure healthy pipeline to achieve monthly and yearly targets. Provide accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activities and performance using CRM tools. Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to help management form suitable sales strategy.
Role & responsibilities Ensure effective & timely installation and commissioning of machines. Follow & execute preventive maintenance & AMC schedule on monthly basis. Handle critical breakdowns. To ensure timely problem diagnosis and timely resolution of the case independently in WW/OW/AMC/ (Within Warranty/ Out of Warranty/ Annual maintenance contract) Responsible for zero customer complaints Periodical schedule for courtesy visits to existing customers. Promote sale of recommended spare part, AMC & Preventive Maintenance Contract and retrofit & refurbishing of old machines and service products. Maintain expected call rate to ensure service performance. Maintain excellent service quality to retain new and existing customers Preferred candidate profile Candidate with hands on experience in Installation & Preventive maintenance of Laser Cutting, Press Break machines, Turret Punch Machine, Bending machines, Punching machines
