Service Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure effective & timely installation and commissioning of machines.
• Follow & execute preventive maintenance & AMC schedule on monthly basis.
• Handle critical breakdowns.
• To ensure timely problem diagnosis and timely resolution of the case independently in WW/OW/AMC/ (Within Warranty/ Out of Warranty/ Annual maintenance contract)
• Responsible for zero customer complaints
• Periodical schedule for courtesy visits to existing customers.
• Promote sale of recommended spare part, AMC & Preventive Maintenance Contract and retrofit & refurbishing of old machines and service products.
• Maintain expected call rate to ensure service performance.
• Maintain excellent service quality to retain new and existing customers

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate with hands on experience in Installation & Preventive maintenance of Laser Cutting, Press Break machines, Turret Punch Machine, Bending machines, Punching machines
