Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ensure effective & timely installation and commissioning of machines.
Follow & execute preventive maintenance & AMC schedule on monthly basis.
Handle critical breakdowns.
To ensure timely problem diagnosis and timely resolution of the case independently in WW/OW/AMC/ (Within Warranty/ Out of Warranty/ Annual maintenance contract)
Responsible for zero customer complaints
Periodical schedule for courtesy visits to existing customers.
Promote sale of recommended spare part, AMC & Preventive Maintenance Contract and retrofit & refurbishing of old machines and service products.
Maintain expected call rate to ensure service performance.
Maintain excellent service quality to retain new and existing customers

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate with hands on experience in Installation & Preventive maintenance of Laser Cutting, Press Break machines, Turret Punch Machine, Bending machines, Punching machines
