The Export Manager is responsible for developing and expanding international sales of EDM / WEDM products in line with the companys business plan. This role involves managing international dealers, achieving export revenue targets, participating in global exhibitions, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and coordinating closely with internal teams to deliver high customer satisfaction. The position requires strong techno-commercial expertise, strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and the ability to operate effectively in international markets.
Develop and improve export sales for EDM / WEDM products by appointing and developing dealers in international markets as per the business plan.
Achieve targeted export sales revenue in line with approved business plans and growth objectives.
Develop country-specific market entry and expansion strategies in consultation with Top Management.
Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and events to increase customer reach and brand visibility.
Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with international dealers and channel partners.
Coordinate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to meet export sales requirements.
Maintain export documentation and ensure compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and company policies.
Continuously acquire and enhance knowledge and skills required for international markets.
Experience in export sales or international business development Proven experience in handling international dealers and customers .
Techno-commercial knowledge of industrial / machine tool products Strong knowledge of export regulations, documentation, and compliance
Strong selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
