Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute export shipment activities in compliance with company and statutory requirements.
Handle customs procedures and ensure adherence to all export regulations.
Liaise with suppliers, buyers, shipping lines, CHA, and vendors for smooth shipment execution.
Prepare, verify, and manage export documentation as per international trade standards.
Plan shipments and monitor operations to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
Maintain strong client/vendor relationships and provide proactive updates.

What We’re Looking For

Strong knowledge of export–import operations and documentation.
Familiarity with customs clearance, shipping procedures, and international trade compliance.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle responsibilities independently.
