Job Summary: We are seeking a trustworthy and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle Accounts & Finance. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for financial transactions, accounting records, investment tracking, and finalization of accounts. The ideal candidate will be discreet, reliable, and capable of working independently with a high level of integrity. Key Responsibilities: Daily Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate records of all income, expenses, investments, loans, and other financial transactions. Handle data entry, ledger maintenance, and proper documentation of bills and receipts. Banking & Payments: Manage multiple bank accounts, perform bank reconciliations. Prepare and process timely payments for expenses (utilities, property, staff salaries, insurance, etc.) Compliance & Taxation: Support in preparation and filing of income tax returns, advance tax calculations, and investment declarations. Coordinate with Chartered Accountants for compliance, audits, and financial planning. Confidential Support: Ensure complete confidentiality and discretion in handling all financial and Accounting matters Other Duties Manage day-to-day bookkeeping including vouchers, ledgers, debit/credit entries. Prepare accurate invoices under GST & TDS compliance, including credit and debit notes. Ensure timely freight billing and supporting documentation. Operate accounting tools like Tally and Logistics ERP systems (Logi-Sys, etc.). Use MS Excel functions effectively (SUM, IF, VLOOKUP; Pivot Tables desirable). Communicate with vendors, internal teams, customers, and carriers for billing clarifications. Conduct monthly closing activities and reports. Perform Accounts Receivable (AR) ageing analysis weekly. Follow up on overdue payments and escalate as per defined credit control processes. Support internal audits, reconciliations, and MIS reporting. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent; M.Com preferred. 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in managing personal or high-net-worth individual (HNI) accounts. Strong proficiency in Tally ERP , MS Excel, and accounting systems. Good understanding of personal taxation, investment instruments, and statutory compliance. Ability to handle sensitive financial information with integrity and confidentiality. Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently without supervision.
