About Role:

proactive and dynamic Inside Sales & Business Development professional

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through inside sales activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn, digital platforms).
Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Follow up with prospects and clients for quotation feedback, negotiations, and closures.
Maintain and update CRM / sales tracker with leads, prospects, and client interactions.
Support the MD in fixing client meetings, preparing presentations, and ensuring smooth client handovers.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
Stay updated on trade lanes, freight rates, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate with
23 years of experience
in Inside Sales / Business Development.
Prior experience in
freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, CHA
is highly desirable.
Strong
communication skills (written & verbal)
with proven client-facing ability.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced sales environment.
