Key Requirements: 5–8 years of proven experience in luxury real estate sales or high-value asset sales (yachts, private jets, luxury cars, etc.) Strong HNI/UHNI client network and understanding of their buying behavior. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to deliver high-touch, consultative sales experiences. Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. KPIs / Success Metrics: Achievement of sales and revenue targets. Number of HNI client conversions and deal closures. Client satisfaction and repeat/referral business. Growth of personal and company HNI network.
