JOB TITLE: SENIOR RELATIONSHIP MANAGER LOCATION : Bangalore , India ROLES & RESPONSIBLITY : Conduct outbound calls to potential real estate clients within Bangalore. Introduce and promote available properties, highlighting their features, amenities, and value propositions. Qualify leads by assessing their requirements, budget, and preferences. Schedule property viewings and appointments for interested clients. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and facilitate the sales process. Provide accurate information regarding property prices, availability, and legal requirements. Conduct on site visits and Face to Face meetings with the customers. REQUIREMENTS : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Persuasive and goal-oriented mindset. Familiarity with Bangalore's real estate market and neighborhoods. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection professionally. Basic knowledge of real estate regulations and procedures. Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus. SALARY : Based on your current salary (Market Standard) (No Upper Limit in Incentive)
