Job Description

A fast-growing real estate firm dealing in residential, commercial, and plotted developments in Nellore and surrounding areas.

Location:

Work-from-Home (WFH) allowed until January 2025
Mandatory office presence from February 2025 onwards

We are expanding rapidly in Nellores booming real estate market and are hiring for the following roles. Candidates with local market knowledge and real estate experience will be preferred.

1. Sales Manager

Experience:

Lead and manage sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Develop sales strategies for residential & commercial projects
Handle client negotiations, deal closures & team training
Monitor market trends in Nellore and competitors

2. Business Development Manager

Experience:

Identify new projects, landowners, builders & investors
Build partnerships and expand project portfolio
Conduct market research and negotiate contracts
Generate high-quality leads for sales team

3. Cold Calling / Tele Sales Executive

Experience:

Make outbound calls to generate leads for property sales
Qualify leads, schedule site visits & book appointments
Follow up via phone, WhatsApp & email
Maintain records in CRM software

Common Requirements for All Roles:

Strong communication skills in Telugu & English
Basic knowledge of Nellore real estate market
Good internet & phone setup for WFH (until Feb 2025)
Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools (preferred)
