Job Description

Role Overview

The role is responsible for managing customer-facing communication and supporting sales and marketing teams through clear content, sales collaterals, and campaign communication. The position ensures consistent and accurate messaging across WhatsApp, sales documents, and on-ground marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication

  • Draft and execute WhatsApp communication for project launches, offers, campaigns, and customer updates
  • Ensure all messaging is clear, accurate, and aligned with the brand tone

Sales Collateral & Documentation

  • Create and maintain sales documents such as project details, offer explainers, FAQs, and customer handouts
  • Convert complex product, pricing, and process information into simple, customer-friendly content
  • Ensure all collaterals are updated, version-controlled, and approved before circulation

Creative Support

  • Create basic creatives for WhatsApp communication using Canva or Adobe Express
  • Adapt master creatives into WhatsApp and print formats
  • Coordinate with design and marketing teams to ensure content accuracy

Campaign & Event Support

  • Support marketing and sales teams with content for hoardings and on-ground events
  • Assist in preparing event-related materials such as invites, standees, banners, and handouts
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across all customer touchpoints

Planning & Coordination

  • Plan customer communication calendars aligned with launches, offers, and events
  • Coordinate with sales, CRM, and marketing teams for timely execution

Quality Control & Improvement

  • Ensure accuracy of all customer-facing content including pricing, offers, and dates
  • Track engagement for WhatsApp communication and incorporate feedback for improvement

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to simplify complex information
  • Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe Express
  • Strong attention to detail and coordination skills

Experience

  • 25 years of experience in customer communication, sales support, or marketing content roles
  • Experience in real estate, BFSI, or other consumer-facing industries preferred
  • Exposure to outdoor branding or event support is an advantage
