Export Documentation

Job Title:

We are looking for an Export Documentation Executive to handle end-to-end export documentation and coordination activities. The candidate should ensure accurate preparation of export documents and timely compliance with international trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain export documentation such as Invoice, Packing List, COO, MSDS, and Shipping Bills
Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with export regulations and company policies
Track shipments and update customers on dispatch status
Maintain export records and documentation files
Assist in LC, advance payments, and other export-related formalities
Support audits and regulatory inspections related to exports

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of export documentation and procedures
Understanding of Incoterms and international trade basics
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

Preferred Candidate Profile:

B.Pharm qualification (mandatory)
0-5 years of experience in export documentation or related role
Freshers with relevant academic knowledge can also apply
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
