Export Documentation

As an Export Documentation Executive at our growing organization engaged in international trade and logistics operations, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Prepare, verify, and manage export documentation in compliance with regulatory and client requirements. - Coordinate with shipping lines, CHA, and transporters for timely movement of goods. - Handle documentation related to Export & Import processes including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, etc. - Draft and manage professional business correspondence and emails. - Maintain accurate records of shipments, approvals, and document submissions. - Ensure timely submission of post-shipment documents to clients and banks. - Support internal teams in logistics coordination and client communication. To excel in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience in Export Documentation. - Good knowledge of export-import processes and general software tools (MS Office, Excel, etc.). - Strong communication and email drafting skills. - Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. - Female candidates preferred. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will be working in our CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai office on a full-time, permanent basis.
