Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive/Senior Executive based in Pali. The role involves day-to-day operations management, maintaining relationships with DBOs, ensuring smooth transaction processes, resolving customer and partner queries, and coordinating with internal teams to achieve business objectives. The Executive/Senior Executive will also analyze data and feedback to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and address customer or partner queries.
• Experience in operations management, data analysis, and problem-solving to support efficient processes and decision-making.
• Basic understanding of fintech services such as AEPS, Micro ATM, and financial transactions is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in tools for data tracking, reporting, and communication is desirable.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
