Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger postings in alignment with corporate accounting policies.
  
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities such as accruals, provisions, depreciation, and financial reporting to ensure accurate and timely books of accounts.
  
• Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, and project teams to monitor cost centres, analyse spending, track budgets, and support cost-control initiatives.
  
• Handle vendor payments, invoice verification, GRN matching, credit management, and ensure compliance with taxation requirements such as GST, TDS, and statutory returns.
  
• Prepare MIS reports including profitability analysis, variance reports, cost sheets, cash-flow statements, and management dashboards for decision-making.
  
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documentation, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring compliance under company guidelines and regulatory standards.
  
• Monitor inventory valuation, support physical stock audits, and work closely with stores and production to maintain accurate inventory records.
  
• Work with banks for LC, BG, fund allocation, and daily cash-flow planning to support operational requirements.
  
• Ensure adherence to SAP/ERP workflows, maintain data accuracy, and support system improvements for financial process efficiency.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support capex planning, project financial analysis, and commercial evaluations for new initiatives.
