Key Responsibilities: Opportunity Identification: Identify potential business opportunities on a daily basis in line with managements guidelines. This includes conducting market research and networking to uncover new avenues for business growth. Eligibility Criteria Analysis: Analyze the eligibility criteria for each opportunity and evaluate potential partners to ensure the business meets all qualifications for successful bidding. Project/BOQ Cost Analysis: Prepare detailed project and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) cost analysis for the bids, ensuring competitive and realistic pricing. Bid Preparation: Prepare all necessary bid documents, including technical and financial proposals, in accordance with the client's requirements and company standards. Client Correspondence and Authority Handling: Manage all correspondence with clients and relevant authorities. Oversee the entire qualification process, from technical and financial evaluation through to the signing of the contract. Project Transition: Once the contract is signed, ensure that the project is seamlessly handed over to the Contracts Manager for execution and delivery. Team Leadership: Manage one Junior Business Development Executive, providing guidance and support in day-to-day operations, bid preparation, and other relevant tasks. & Cost estimation of Tender.
