Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage timely Material Requirements Planning preparation to align production and sales.
Coordinate with central planning for demand forecasting and inventory across regions.
Analyse sales performance, track targets, identify trends, and offer insights.
Prepare and share accurate MIS reports for management review.
Collaborate with regional teams on market needs, sales, and customer expectations.
Liaise with R&D for new product specs, market feedback, and requirements.
Support marketing head in crafting annual/monthly demand plans aligned with goals.
Monitor stock levels, supply chain efficiency, and order fulfilment to ensure satisfaction.
Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis for strategic planning.
Ensure compliance in planning, forecasting, and reporting activities.
