Project Engineer

1) Responsible for making layouts according to project requirements.

2) Responsible for preparation of Technical Specifications with Design, maintenance and user dep't

3) Responsible for preparing Bill of Material for Civil, Mechanical and electrical (with the help of concerned dep't) items required to execute the project

4) Responsible for execution of given projects timely.

5) Responsible to prepare output reports of executed projects.

6) Responsible for internal discussions with concerned departments regarding new requirements.

7) Responsible for floating enquiries related to new projects.

8) Responsible to call parties and discuss ideas and concepts for particular requirement.

9) Responsible to issue commissioning certificates of completed projects.

10) Responsible to issue manual copies to user end, maint dep't and R&D library.

11) Responsible to co-ordinate with vendors during equipment manufacturing stage for their requirements like sample wheels etc for trials of equipments, technical discussions etc.

12) Responsible to dispatch the required samples at supplier end by preparing RGP's etc.

13) Responsible for loading/unloading and verification as per bill of equipments/material received at site.

14) Responsible for fabrication and erection of required structures included in projects, thus handling fabrication contractor also.

15) Responsible to maintain records and files related to each project.
