Job Description

Project Planning & Coordination
Assist in defining project scope, objectives, schedules, and deliverables
Coordinate between engineering, procurement, construction, and stakeholders
Track progress and report on milestones, risks, and issues
Technical Oversight
Review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance
Provide technical guidance to project teams and contractors
Ensure adherence to engineering standards, codes, and best practices
Cost & Schedule Control
Support budgeting, cost estimates, and cost control activities
Monitor schedules and help implement corrective actions to avoid delays
Evaluate change orders and their impact on cost and timeline
Procurement & Vendor Management
Assist with material/equipment selection and technical bid evaluations
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors on technical requirements
Ensure timely delivery of materials and services
Quality Assurance & Safety
Ensure project work meets quality standards and specifications
Participate in inspections, testing, and commissioning activities
Promote and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and maintain project documentation (drawings, reports, logs)
Support preparation of progress reports and technical submittals
Ensure proper document control throughout the project lifecycle
Problem Solving & Risk Management
Identify technical and project risks early
Propose and implement engineering solutions to project challenges
Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions
Stakeholder Communication
Communicate project status to project managers and stakeholders
Support client meetings, site meetings, and technical presentations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
