Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Prayagraj. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day activities of the business outlets, ensuring efficient operations, managing transactions, implementing financial services, and optimizing customer experience. The role involves coordinating with various teams to drive financial inclusion and meet transaction targets. Qualifications Strong leadership and organizational skills Experience in operations management or similar roles Knowledge of financial services and payment systems Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
