Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager at SaffronStays, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our private vacation homes in Alibaug, Maharashtra. Your commercial awareness and ability to build strong relationships will be key in maintaining service standards and guest satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - Fully responsible for all aspects of all departments within the region. - Support and collaborate with all Head of Departments to ensure efficient running of the region. - Ensure that the regional villas are in optimal condition to receive and serve guests according to their category. - Implement and oversee SOPs within the operations department, conducting routine operational checks. - Conduct random inspections of the kitchens to assess stock levels and quality with the F&B Manager & Chef. - Maintain effective communication with villa homeowners to foster positive relationships. - Regularly inspect villas for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, staff grooming, and hospitality culture. - Evaluate customer satisfaction and oversee the service recovery process. - Identify staff training needs and support in their development. - Provide timely feedback to direct reports to ensure continuous improvement. - Monitor operation and overhead costs to maximize revenue. - Be available on call to address urgent problems or emergencies. - Overall management of the hotel operation. - Perform any other duties as assigned. **Qualifications Required:** - Highly focused with excellent communication skills. - Motivated and professional in appearance and presentation. - A degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred. - Bachelor's degree and/or diploma in hotel or related fields. - Proficiency in computer knowledge and MS Office.,
