Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Vice President – Human Resources to lead the global HR strategy and operations of SS Innovations. This is a critical leadership role responsible for aligning human capital strategy with the company's growth objectives, fostering a culture of innovation and inclusivity, and building a world-class talent infrastructure that supports our global expansion. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Lead and develop a global HR strategy aligned with SS Innovations’ business goals and international growth plans. Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership on all people-related matters. Drive cultural transformation, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives. Global HR Operations: Oversee HR functions across global regions, including North America, Europe, and Asia. Establish scalable processes for recruitment, onboarding, talent management, performance evaluation, compensation & benefits, and employee relations. Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and international standards. Talent Acquisition & Development: Build a global talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent in the MedTech and Medical Devices space. Create leadership development and succession planning programs to support long-term growth. Champion learning and development initiatives to upskill employees and enhance productivity. Organizational Culture & Change Management: Promote a high-performance, inclusive, and innovation-driven workplace culture. Lead organizational change management initiatives during rapid expansion or restructuring. Manage internal communications to align employees with company values and goals. Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive compensation structures for global teams. Benchmark benefits offerings with industry standards across geographies. Drive equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) within compensation policies. HR Technology & Analytics: Leverage HRIS systems and analytics for data-driven decision-making. Implement digital HR solutions to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a global HR leadership role within a MedTech or Medical Devices company . Proven success in scaling HR operations for a high-growth global organization. Deep understanding of regulatory environments, talent challenges, and workforce dynamics in international markets. Strong interpersonal, strategic thinking, and leadership skills. Experience working closely with C-level executives and managing cross-cultural teams. Preferred Attributes: Familiarity with working in an R&D-driven or regulated environment. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting with matrixed reporting lines.
