Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team as an Executive- Talent Acquisition in Domestic, based in TELEPERFORMANCE GLOBAL BUSINESS PRIVATE LIMITED.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with recruitment policies.
Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a BPO or call centre environment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
